Electric Beach is an awesome spot teaming with marine life. It is a relatively shallow dive, max depth about 30 feet. There is a power plant that pumps warm water out into the open ocean less than 100 yards off shore. This warm water attracts a wide variety of life. Electric Beach is a great spot for photographers. I do a low percentage of my dives at this site, yet I have taken a high percentage of my best photos there. The combination of shallow water, great visibility, and tons of wildlife makes it easy to take great pictures. Add to that: you never really know what might show up here. I have seen turtles, several varieties of eels, Spotted Eagle Rays, Lizardfish, Parrotfish, Pufferfish, the list goes on and on.
